Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before service time are 100% refundable.

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur charges or may not be refunded.

No refund will be provided if the customer is unavailable or refuses service onsite.

If BG Aquacare cancels due to operational or safety reasons, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Refunds for online payments will be processed back to the original payment method.
Service Quality Concerns
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Resolution will be provided
